The Board of Commissioners of the Tower Grove South Concerned Citizens Special Business District will hold its annual safety and operating budget meeting on Thursday, October 17th, 7:00pm at the St. Louis Public Library – Carpenter Branch, located at 3309 S. Grand Ave., St. Louis, MO 63118.
The Board of Commissioners will discuss the 2020 TGSCC-SBD operating budget. This is a public meeting and the public will be allowed to comment.
